Today went pretty well. no added sugars. 1/2 banana. no vino. still eating more overall calories than necessary. dining room flooded tonight. may not be able to cook at home tomorrow... or the next day... may not be able to bathe... but if i can resist my own black bottom cupcakes, Lisa's carrot cake, & cookie pops from April, (all in one day) I think I can do this thing. Good Night!
