Today was a wonderful Mother's Day. We had lunch at H's grandmother's. Lots of salads so I didn't have much of an issue. Although I did make buttermilk pancakes for the family today that I did not partake in. I hear they were good.
I made a salad today that I thought was delicious and will definitely make again. It is a copy of the Whole Food's Detox Salad. The only change I made was to omit the maple syrup and I used goji berries instead of currants.

Fruit: Half a banana, juice of a lemon, raisin and goji berries in a salad.
