Day Five was fine. We ate supper down at H's parents. I took a salad and a vegetable that I knew I could eat.
I have been getting a headache at night for a few days now. I think it is a no (very little) caffeine headache. They haven't been horrible, but bothersome.
I am enjoying doing this with my lovely sister.
Half a bottle of wine
(Does it sound better for me to say 2 glasses of wine?)
Exercise : 10" yoga

Fruit: 1/3 banana, juice of a lemon, 1/2 cup blackberries
