Day Seventeen

I can't remember day 17, I guess that's a good thing, or it means i am waiting too long to post. Oh I made the whole foods detox salad, so yummy.

Added sugar: none
fruit: in summer salad, blueberries.
alcohol: 1 glass pinot grigio
exercise: 4.6 miles, 53 minutes
