Today was the first day I felt good. Also the first day of this challenge where I had time/opportunity to exercise.
Went to a 2 year old birthday party and had the forethought to eat an ezekial tortilla with cheddar cheese (aka quesadilla) on the way so as to not be tempted by all the yummy, sugar-laden foods. It worked.
added sugar: none
fruit: 3/4 cup of fruit smoothie (strawberry/pineapple/cucumber/date)
3 smackaroons without unsweetened chocolate, much better than my first attempt (banana and
date)
exercise: ran, i mean jogged, 5 miles
